Meridian Yin Yoga Mini-Retreat

  • The Yoga Clinic 220 Carr Place Leederville Western Australia (map)

Would you like another way to check in with your emotional state of being? Your Meridians, much like the Chakras, can tell you a lot about this.
If the chi or essential life force in our Spleen Meridian is weak, we may find ourselves worrying a lot. On the other hand, if the Spleen Meridian Chi is strong, our creativity flows abundantly.

In TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), it is believed that if chi or essential life force becomes stagnant or blocked, illness or disease on a physical, emotional and even spiritual level can occur.
By encouraging the free flow of chi through the meridians, the likelihood of this occurring can be reduced.
When your chi flows freely, you experience a sense of freedom, spaciousness and lightness in your body.

If you'd like to know more about your meridians, join Karen for this three-hour Mini-Retreat designed to stimulate the Meridians in the body, with a specific yin yoga sequence and lots of juicy meridian/emotional info.

Held in a Reiki-charged space, this 3-hour Mini-Retreat includes:

*A relaxing opening meditation,
*A nourishing yin sequence,
*Essential Oil Balms (hand-made by Karen);
*30 minute Meridian Nidra (a guided meditation to encourage the body into a hypnagogic state following the path of the meridians); and
*Scrumptious treats to send you on your way home.
