Would you like another way to check in with your emotional state of being? Your Meridians, much like the Chakras, can tell you a lot about this.
If the chi or essential life force in our Spleen Meridian is weak, we may find ourselves worrying a lot. On the other hand, if the Spleen Meridian Chi is strong, our creativity flows abundantly.

In TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), it is believed that if chi or essential life force becomes stagnant or blocked, illness or disease on a physical, emotional and even spiritual level can occur.
By encouraging the free flow of chi through the meridians, the likelihood of this occurring can be reduced.
When your chi flows freely, you experience a sense of freedom, spaciousness and lightness in your body.

Look no further than Karen's Rest and Restore Mini-Retreat. Beginning the journey to bliss with a soothing meditation, you will then move through a restorative yoga sequence, designed to reduce stress and tension in your body, something we are all dealing with to different degrees.

Join Karen for this three-hour Mini-Retreat where she shares two of her most favourite things in the world; yin yoga and myofascial release.

Targeting all the main areas in the body firstly with a myofascial practice, you will then soak in the slow medicine of yin having all cares, worries and anxieties melt away. Allowing a sense of ease and deep rest to permeate every cell in your body, you will then float into a hypnogogic state with a delicious Yoga Nidra.

Join Karen and Natasha for a 2 and a half hour yin yoga and reiki immersive experience. Detach from the busyness of life to (re)connect to your body’s innate capacity to heal through the slow medicine of yin and the sacred Japanese healing technique of Reiki. Be guided through a 90min nurturing yin practice, whilst receiving Reiki through both gentle, non-invasive hands-on healing as well as energetically as a group. In this immersion Karen and Natasha provide the perfect space for self-healing and for you to honour your body’s needs, whether that be rest, relaxation or reflection.

Natasha and Karen have created this event to share their love of Yin Yoga and Reiki with others. Their intention for you in this immersion is self-healing through stillness and nurturing touch. The healing power of both are greatly needed in our busy modern lives.
